With a passion for cooking since he was a child, he has the sea in his veins. Born in the town of Bueu, he has grown up surrounded by the beauty of the estuary, learning about the raw materials that it provides. After training at several different restaurants and following a long culinary career, for the past 9 years he has been in charge as first Chef and, alongside his team, he is responsible for the kitchen at Hotel Louxo La Toja.
Our Chef, Alberto Ferrer, offers the perfect blend of traditional cuisine with a creative and cosmopolitan gastronomic proposal, which he has learnt through his other great passion, travelling. He has travelled to exotic locations in the furthest corners of the world to discover new culinary arts and innovative products, with which he surprises us day after day.
