The O Grove-based executive chef, Francisco Lorenzo, has recently joined the Louxo kitchen as the new creative director. His market cuisine is based on local and seasonal products. Francisco Lorenzo has extensive experience as head chef of different restaurants and 5* hotels. He has participated at first-class events, such as the gala organised by the Bacchus magazine, which selects the best restaurants in the world. Lorenzo has taught Culinary Arts in Hong Kong and the Balkans and, in recent years, he has worked in Asia, Europe and America, even training the Bulgarian Culinary Team, a finalist in the sustainable cooking category in the most recent Culinary Olympics. By welcoming Francisco Lorenzo onto its team, Hotel Louxo demonstrates its firm commitment to strengthening its services and offering added value to an Atlantic diet focused on market cuisine using local products.
